The basics of booking with us.
Monte LuxRide d.o.o. provides private airport transfer and transportation services in Montenegro. By submitting a booking request through our website, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.
A booking request submitted through our website is not a confirmed reservation until you receive a personal confirmation from us via WhatsApp or email. We aim to confirm all bookings within one hour of receiving the request.
By submitting a booking, you confirm that the information you provided (date, time, destination, number of passengers) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The price for your transfer will be communicated during the confirmation process, before the ride takes place. The final price depends on the destination, time, and any additional stops requested.
Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the ride, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash (EUR) and may offer card payment upon request.
You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
To cancel or reschedule, contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
We monitor flight arrivals for all airport pickups. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. If your flight is cancelled, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel or reschedule your booking.
For airport pickups, we provide up to 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your flight lands. This accounts for baggage collection and customs. Additional waiting beyond this period may incur an extra charge.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow basic safety guidelines during the ride, including wearing seatbelts. We reserve the right to refuse or end a transfer if a passenger behaves in a way that compromises safety.
Monte LuxRide d.o.o. is fully insured for passenger transport. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items, though we will make reasonable efforts to help recover them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Montenegrin law.
